Online marketing manager

Responsabilities

  • Grow LigaUltras.com and other online games developed by the company
  • Facebook campaigns management and reporting. Optimize the ads (targeting, visuals, marketing messages and budgets) to maximize ROI
  • Identify trends on users’ behaviour, and optimize performance based on insights
  • Facebook Page management in order to improve users’ engagement

Requirements

  • Passionate about football
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven working experience in online marketing
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Good business sense and budgeting skills
  • Basic MySQL knowledge is a plus

Community Manager

Responsabilities

Administrate and keep constant communication with the LigaUltras community by:

  • managing the LigaUltras Facebook page
  • helping and encouraging users to respect the rules
  • individuating and communicating with influential users (community leaders)
  • checking, whenever possible, the club walls to moderate or respond to users’ posts
  • responding to user tickets and, when needed, to user feedback

Help the team improve the product and their service by:

  • gathering feedback from the supporters and sending it to the team
  • managing the implementation of tools that would help us and/or the moderators do a better job
  • improving rules and user guidelines;

Increase the number of active users by:

  • helping and encouraging supporters and managers to grow their Clubs
  • helping the beginners understand LigaUltras
  • promoting virality among players

Requirements

  • fluency in English (spoken and written); any extra language is a plus
  • experience in online communities
  • passionate about football
  • very good copywriting and editing skills

  • Build high quality online games and mobile apps to be used by a vast number of players every day
  • Be ready to troubleshoot, debug, solve challenging technical issues and help games to scale as user base grows
